Should have minimum 6 + years of hands-on experience in:
- Industrial projects - Radio System, Networking, IP Telephones, Access Controls, CCTV, PAGA, PIDS, RADAR and Passive system hands on for Design and Engineering.
- Radio System in-depth Design and Engineering knowledge (VHF Marine, VHF Aeronautical, UHF Operational, VSAT Communications System)
- In addition to Radio skills additional knowledge on TSI designing systems like PIDS, RTLS, Entertainment System, CCTV, ACS, PAGA, Radar, SONAR etc. , are added advantage
- Knowledge on Control room design and ATEX system are required
- Minimum 2-3 years of site commissioning experience of the Industrial Telecom Security solutions with Radio System commissioning.
- Product certificates (CCTV, Radio, Network), CCNA - added advantage

Education
- Bachelor s degree (BE/B Tech - Telecommunication/ Instrumentation/ Electronics).
