Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with solid experience in hotel sales and room revenue generation. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in corporate sales, travel trade, local business development, and hospitality contracting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive room sales and revenue through corporate and local business accounts.

2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key accounts.

3. Generate business through local travel agents and travel trade partners.

4. Handle crew movement and airline-related business opportunities.

5. Identify and develop new corporate and local accounts.

6. Manage hotel contracting, rate negotiations, and commercial discussions with clients and partners.

Conduct regular client visits and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts.

8. Identify new business opportunities within the local market.

9. Track competitor rates, market trends, and business opportunities.

10. Work closely with the hotel operations and revenue teams to ensure smooth execution of contracted business.

11. Achieve monthly sales, occupancy, and revenue targets.

12. Maintain regular sales reports and provide updates on business performance.

Required Skills & Experience

* 5+ years of relevant experience in hotel sales, room sales, corporate sales, or hospitality sales.

* Strong experience in B2B hotel sales and business development.

* Experience handling corporate accounts, local travel agents, crew movement, airline business, and hotel contracting.

* Strong understanding of the local corporate and travel trade market.

* Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets.
