Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update product listings on Shopify (images, pricing, descriptions)
- Track and fulfill online orders, coordinate with logistics partners
- Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, website chat, or email
- Liaise with our social media agency for product launches, promotions, and campaigns
- Monitor inventory to ensure products are in stock both online and offline
- Generate weekly sales reports and track key e-commerce metrics
- Coordinate with store team and backend operations for stock syncing
- Assist with uploading content (blogs, banners, product drops) when needed
- Comfortable in supporting e-commerce website launch, including handling plugins, product uploads, photo tagging, and basic website updates.




- Able to list and manage products across online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms, ensuring accurate product details and listings.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
