Sales & Operations Executive Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh Job Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹12,000–₹14,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives ARANIAH (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for a responsible, energetic and multitasking Sales & Operations Executive to support our growing business. We currently operate in the clothing segment and are also preparing to launch a new packaged-snacks brand. The selected candidate will work across sales, basic operations, order handling and, as the business expands, field marketing and retailer development. Key Responsibilities - Support sales of our clothing collection. - Handle stock, product packing, tagging and labeling. - Prepare customer orders and coordinate dispatch. - Maintain basic stock, order and sales records. - Communicate with customers and follow up on enquiries/orders. - Assist with day-to-day business operations. - Visit local retailers and potential customers when required. - Support the launch and marketing of our upcoming packaged-snacks brand. - Approach retailers, introduce products and generate orders.



- Follow up with retailers for repeat orders and market feedback. - Assist with product sampling and promotional activities. Candidate Requirements - 12th Pass / Graduate. - Freshers as well as candidates with 1–2 years of experience may apply. - Valuable communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred. - Comfortable with both operational work and field sales. - Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, smartphone applications and maintaining simple records. - Honest, punctual, responsible and willing to learn. - Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred. - Must be comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a growing company. Compensation ₹12,000–₹14,000 per month + performance-based incentives. Salary within the above range will depend on experience and suitability for the role. 3-month probation period. Immediate joining preferred.
