Job Summary

KLR Industries Limited is seeking a energetic and result-oriented Territory Manager Drilling Equipment & Tools to drive business growth across the North-East, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Orissa & Jharkhand region. The role is responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, supporting customers with technical solutions, and developing long-term business relationships within the Mining, Infrastructure, and Construction sectors.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of drilling equipment and rock drilling tools, combined with hands-on experience in sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for drilling equipment and rock drilling tools.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Mining, Quarrying, Infrastructure, Tunnelling, and Construction sectors.
- Promote KLR's range of drilling equipment, DTH hammers, DTH bits, button bits, drill rods and related drilling consumables.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations,



and customer training programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with mining contractors, quarry owners, infrastructure companies, EPC contractors, consultants, and government organizations.
- Provide after-sales service support and coordinate with service teams for timely issue resolution.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, market intelligence reports, and territory development plans.
- Coordinate with distributors and channel partners to improve market penetration and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.
- Represent KLR Industries at trade exhibitions, customer meets, and industry events.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory to strengthen customer engagement and business development.
