Role Overview

Amrutha Shelters Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Senior Legal Manager to manage legal matters relating to real estate development, land acquisition, property transactions, contracts, regulatory compliance, and litigation.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage legal due diligence for land acquisition and real estate projects.
- Review and verify property documents, title deeds, encumbrance certificates, revenue records, conversion orders, approvals, and related documents.
- Handle large-scale land acquisition, including negotiations, documentation, registrations, and closure of transactions.
- Identify and resolve title defects, ownership issues, encumbrances, disputes, and other property-related legal risks.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and execute agreements such as sale agreements, development agreements, joint development agreements, leases, conveyances, POAs, and vendor contracts.
- Coordinate with external advocates, consultants, government authorities, sub-registrar offices, and other stakeholders.




- Advise management and project teams on applicable real estate laws, land laws, RERA, registration, stamp duty, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage legal notices, claims, disputes, and litigation in coordination with external counsel.
- Monitor ongoing cases and ensure timely legal action and documentation.
- Support project teams in obtaining statutory approvals and resolving legal/regulatory issues.
- Maintain and organize legal records, agreements, title reports, litigation details, and property documentation.
- Provide legal opinions and risk assessments to senior management on real estate transactions and projects.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- LLB/LLM from a recognized institution.
- 510 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in real estate/infrastructure/construction.
- Solid experience in land acquisition and property due diligence.
- Practical knowledge of real estate documentation, registration, stamp duty, RERA,
