About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and energetic IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in end-to-end IT recruitment, sourcing strategies, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement.

The recruiter will be responsible for hiring technology professionals across various skill domains while ensuring quality, speed, and an exceptional candidate experience. Initially it will be contract to hire for 6 months later can be reviewed.

.Role & responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
- Build strong pipelines for niche and volume technology hiring requirements.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates against job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR assessments and candidate evaluations.

Stakeholder Management
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities.
- Provide market intelligence and talent availability insights.
- Ensure timely communication and recruitment updates to stakeholders.

Candidate Management
- Engage candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate interviews and feedback discussions.
- Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer rollouts.
- Drive positive candidate experience and employer branding.

Recruitment Operations
- Maintain ATS and recruitment trackers.
- Generate hiring reports and recruitment metrics.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
