MSSQL/ PostgreSQL Database Admin || Location: Hyderabad, || Type: Hybrid || Long-term Contract with PF + Insurance (Extendable)

Strong MSSQL fundamentals, including hands-on experience in SQL Server administration, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and core database concepts. Cloud exposure is desirable, candidates with solid MSSQL expertise and basic to moderate cloud knowledge would be a positive fit for the role.
- Extensive experience in MSSQL database administration, including high availability setups such as Always On Availability Groups, failover clustering, and log shipping
- Strong focus on database performance tuning, indexing strategies, and query optimisation
- Hands-on experience with backup/recovery, disaster recovery planning, patching, and vulnerability remediation
- Responsibility for incident management (P1/P2), production support, and system monitoring
- Exposure to Azure SQL platforms mainly from a migration and infrastructure management perspective
- Emphasis on automation (PowerShell/Python)
