About the Role We are looking for a proactive, creative, and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager who can take complete ownership of the company’s digital presence and performance marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience across social media marketing, Google Ads, SEO, content strategy, lead generation, analytics, and digital campaigns. We are looking for someone who does not wait for instructions but actively identifies opportunities, experiments with new ideas, and drives measurable growth. Key Responsibilities  Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy across multiple brands and business verticals.  Manage and grow the company's presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X and other relevant platforms.  Plan and execute social media campaigns, content calendars, paid campaigns and engagement strategies.  Manage Google Ads / Google AdWords, including Search, Display,



YouTube and Performance Max campaigns.  Drive lead generation and customer acquisition through paid and organic digital channels.  Monitor campaign performance, optimize budgets and improve CPL, CTR, conversion rates and ROI.  Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing posts, reels, videos, ads and campaigns.  Manage and optimize SEO, website performance, keyword strategy and organic traffic growth.  Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager and other analytics tools to track performance.  Develop and execute email marketing, WhatsApp marketing and remarketing campaigns wherever relevant.  Conduct competitor research and identify emerging digital trends, platforms and marketing opportunities.  Build strategies for brand awareness, engagement, lead generation and conversion across different business verticals.  Coordinate with i
