About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Education Counsellor to guide prospective students and manage the end-to-end admissions process for professional programs. The role requires strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and the ability to convert leads into enrolments. Key Responsibilities * Counsel prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, and email regarding available courses * Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs * Manage the complete admission cycle from enquiry to enrollment * Consistently achieve monthly admission targets * Follow up with leads and maintain high conversion ratios * Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM (knowledge of Zoho CRM is an added advantage) * Coordinate with marketing and support teams for effective lead nurturing Requirements * Gender: Male candidate preferred * Experience: 02 years in education counselling, sales, or tele calling. * Strong communication and convincing skills * Target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales * Basic knowledge of digital marketing is a plus * Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment Role & responsibilities
