We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Officer – LNG to strengthen our marine crewing team.

The primary focus of the role will be the recruitment and selection of seafarers for LNG Carriers (LNGCs), including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, screening documentation and ensuring candidates meet the required certification and competency standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, interview and shortlist officers and crew for LNG vessels.
- Review and verify seafarers' certificates, licences, endorsements, training records and sea service.
- Ensure candidates comply with applicable STCW, Flag State and LNG-specific certification/training requirements for their rank.
- Identify any missing, expired or non-compliant documentation before deployment.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of suitably qualified LNG personnel.
- Coordinate with candidates, manning agencies and the crewing team throughout the recruitment process.
- Support crew planning, deployment, crew changes,



CES testing coordination and other crewing activities as required.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in seafarer recruitment / marine crewing.
- LNG vessel recruitment or crewing experience is strongly preferred.
- Good practical knowledge of certification requirements for all officer ranks serving onboard LNG Carriers, including STCW and applicable Flag State requirements.
- Capable of independently conducting interviews and assessing candidates' experience, competency and suitability.
- Good understanding of crew planning and deployment processes.
- Very positive written and spoken English.
- Strong attention to detail, communication and coordination skills.

Pay: From ₹75,000.00 per month
