We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with AI with 6-10 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade Java applications. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, cloud-native development, and experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java 8/11/17 and Spring Boot.
- Develop and maintain microservices-based applications and enterprise-grade REST APIs.
- Integrate applications with internal and third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Design and implement scalable, reliable, and maintainable cloud-native solutions.
- Develop backend services using Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate, and JPA.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases including Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code, or similar tools for code generation, debugging, refactoring, testing, documentation, and development acceleration.
- Use AI tools to rapidly prototype solutions, automate repetitive development tasks, and improve engineering productivity.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and support automated software delivery.
- Develop and deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Troubleshoot application and production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Optimize application performance,



scalability, reliability, and security.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, design patterns, and clean-code practices.
- Collaborate with Product, Architecture, QA, DevOps, and business teams to deliver technical solutions.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills &

Experience :

- 6-10 years of professional software development experience with strong hands-on Java expertise.
- Strong proficiency in Java 8/11/17, OOP, collections, exception handling, multithreading, and Java design patterns.
- Strong experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Cloud.
- Hands-on experience developing microservices and RESTful APIs.
- Good understanding of Hibernate/JPA and database integration.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
- Understanding of CI/CD and tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or equivalent.
- Strong experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and modern development practices.
- Hands-on experience with at least one AI-assisted software development tool, such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code, or similar.
- Understanding of how AI tools can be applied to coding, debugging, testing, code review, documentation, and application modernization.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
