Role Description The Window Installer role is a full-time, on-site position located in Kannur.

The Window

Installer will measure openings, prepare frames, and install aluminium windows and related fittings according to project specifications and safety standards. Daily responsibilities include using hand and power tools, sealing and finishing installed windows, and ensuring proper alignment and functionality. The role also involves reading basic drawings, coordinating with supervisors and other team members, maintaining a clean work area,



and following workplace safety procedures.

The Window

Installer may support other fabrication tasks as needed and communicate with clients or site managers in a professional manner.

Qualifications

- Practical experience in window installation, aluminium fabrication, or general construction work.
- Ability to read basic measurements and drawings, and to use common hand and power tools safely.
- Robust attention to detail with a focus on quality, accuracy, and safe work practices.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and install window frames and glass, and to work at heights when required.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work collaboratively with supervisors, colleagues, and clients.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to company standards and local building practices.
- Previous experience in aluminium window installation or fabrication is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic literacy and numeracy; vocational training or certification in construction or fabrication is an advantage.
