Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager (BDM) role for Paint Protection Film (PPF), based in Gurgaon. The BDM will focus on driving sales and market expansion for PPF solutions by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with automotive dealerships, detailers, and other channel partners, and negotiating commercial terms. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, generating leads, managing the sales pipeline, delivering product presentations and demos, and supporting partners with training and promotional activities.





The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align pricing, marketing campaigns, and customer support, while tracking performance metrics and reporting on sales outcomes. The ideal candidate will actively represent UnitePro.AI and its PPF offerings at industry events and customer meetings to strengthen brand presence in the region.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in business development or sales, preferably in automotive, car care, PPF, or related protective coatings.
- Strong skills in lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Ability to build and sustain long-term relationships with dealers, installers, distributors, and enterprise clients.
- Sound understanding of sales forecasting, target achievement, and performance reporting.
- Comfort with presenting technical product features and value propositions to diverse stakeholders.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across sales, marketing, and operations teams.
- Self-driven, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Proficiency with CRM or ERP tools to track opportunities and customer interactions is an advantage.
- Prior experience in PPF, automotive accessories, or premium aftermarket products is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent qualified experience will also be considered.
