Roles Responsibilities
- Exhibits solid analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality solutions to clients.
- Works closely with Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Operations, Risk, and Finance teams, providing daily first- and second-level support for Endur-related issues.
- Diagnoses and resolves Endur tickets, exploring all potential resolution methods, including collaborating with Development and Business Analyst (BA) teams to ensure a comprehensive solution.




- Maintains accurate and up-to-date ticket records in ticket management systems such as Jira, proactively updating status changes and resolutions.
- Works in rotational shifts and ensures a seamless handover of daily support tasks to the next shift team member.
- Acts as a trusted partner to business users, contributing as part of a diverse project team and serving as a recognized Endur support expert.
- Understands and assesses deal modelling changes that impact the system from a support perspective.
- Identifies opportunities for process optimization and system improvements.
- Stays updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to ETRM (Energy Trading and Risk Management) processes, ensuring continuous knowledge enhancement.

Skill and Qualifications
- Should have a strong understanding of the energy/commodity trading business - Oil, Gas, Power, Commodities.
- Minimum 3+ years exp
