Job Title: HR General Manager/Vice President Factory Operations (or equivalent to his ongoing position)
Location: Abu Road, Rajasthan
Department: Human Resources
Reporting to: Executive Director / Corporate HR Head
Experience: 28 years or above in HR, mandatorily in a manufacturing or plant workplace
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent

Preferred Industry: Ceramic-based manufacturing, Insulators,Tiles,paints mfg.,Glass Mfg, Engineering, Process, Cement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Workforce planning & Manpower Management
- Ensure adequate manpower, recruitment, and deployment of workers, operators, and staff. Workforce planning
- Sourcing of new work contractors and supply contractors and manage contract labour requirements.
- Maintain daily attendance, shift planning, adequate labour supply and overtime management.

2. Employee Relations & Welfare
- Maintain harmonious industrial relations with staff, union and workers.
- Handle grievance redressal, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution effectively.
- Promote employee welfare initiatives, including canteen,



transport, medical, and other facilities.
- Organise engagement activities to boost employee morale.

3. Production Manpower Norms & Productivity
- Partner with Plant Operations to establish, monitor and improve manpower norms for production and related operations.
- Analyze manpower requirement against production volumes, shifts, product mix and operational workload and share daily reports to management

4. Industrial Relations
- Liaise with government authorities and represent the organization during audits or inspections.

5. Statutory Compliance
- Ensure 100% compliance with labour laws – Factories Act, ESI, PF, Minimum Wages, Bonus Act, etc.
- Handle inspections, audits, and liaisons with statutory/government authorities.
- Maintain all relevant registers and documentation as per labour law requirements.
