About the Role
- We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Email Marketing Executive to manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have experience with marketing automation platforms, email campaign execution, audience segmentation, HTML email creation, A/B testing, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, schedule, and execute email marketing campaigns.
- Build responsive HTML email templates compatible across major email clients.
- Create audience segments and personalized campaigns using customer data.
- Set up automated email journeys, drip campaigns, and trigger-based communications.
- Perform QA before campaign deployment, including rendering and link testing.
- Monitor campaign KPIs including delivery, open, CTR, CTOR, conversion, unsubscribe, and bounce rates.
- Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, content, CTAs, and send times.
- Maintain email lists and ensure database hygiene.




- Coordinate with design, content, CRM, and performance marketing teams.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

Required Skills
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in email marketing.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email development.
- Experience with any tool listed below - Zoho Campaigns, Mailchimp, CleverTap, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MoEngage, Netcore, or WebEngage.
- Understanding of personalization, merge tags, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, UTM tracking, and Google Analytics.
- Robust attention to detail and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Applications, or related field.
- Relevant email marketing or marketing automation certifications are a plus.
