Sales & Marketing Executive – Electric Forklift MachinesJob Summary

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell electric forklift machines to industrial, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, and material-handling customers. The candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, developing customer relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop recent customers and business opportunities.
- Promote and sell electric forklift machines and related material-handling solutions.
- Visit factories, warehouses, logistics companies, and other potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable forklift models.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up with customers until order confirmation.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain machine features, benefits, battery performance, capacity, and operating advantages.
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers and develop long-term business relationships.




- Generate leads through field visits, telephone calls, email, social media, exhibitions, and other marketing activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor products, and pricing.
- Coordinate with service, technical, and operations teams to ensure smooth customer support.
- Maintain sales records, customer databases, quotations, and follow-up reports.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate market requirements to management.

Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in forklifts, material-handling equipment, industrial machinery, or automobiles.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and field sales.
