Core Responsibilities
- Academic Advising: Assist students with course selection, program requirements, and developing long-term academic plans.
- Student Progress Monitoring: Track individual performance through grade reports and transcripts to identify at-risk students who may need intervention.
- Career Counseling: Provide guidance on career pathways, internships, and post-graduate opportunities.
- Enrollment & Admissions: In private or startup environments, counselors often manage leads, conduct demo sessions, and meet admission targets.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and administrators to address behavioral or academic concerns.
- Workshop Development: Organize and lead sessions on study skills, time management, and university application processes.
- Support Services: Refer students to specialized campus resources, such as mental health services, tutoring, or financial aid.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
