Position Summary

WJCF is looking to hire an Analyst to support the design and implementation of the presbyopia program across 8 districts of Chhattisgarh. The position is based in Raipur and provides analytical and technical support to programme implementation across the state. The role requires solid proficiency in development of data collection and monitoring evaluation tools to guide programmatic reviews and to drive evidence-based decision-making. The analyst will be supporting the development of eye screening protocols and training material for healthcare workers and will be assisting in crafting supply chain management plan for near-vision glasses and other commodities. We are seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial individual with outstanding problem-solving and communication skills. Project Background





The William J. Clinton Foundation (WJCF) aims to strengthen the public health system s readiness and capacity to expand access to presbyopia care by integrating eye screening and on-site dispensation of near vision glasses within primary healthcare settings. To advance this objective, WJCF is planning to implement decentralized presbyopia care across 8 districts of Chhattisgarh. The project will focus on generating operational learnings, implementation insights, and evidence-based approaches that can inform scalable models for state-wide adoption. As part of the initiative, WJCF will support the capacity building of healthcare workers-including primary-level staff and frontline health workers-on presbyopia identification, screening protocols, counselling, and referral pathways, thereby strengthening the delivery of comprehensive eye-care services at the primary-care level.
