As a TM/Line In charge – you will be a part of Aluminium Phase Engine department and will report to Section Head - Aluminium phase.Your role will be:
- Shift production in-charge in Aluminium Phase operation with Robotic set up.
- Meet Daily Production Target of Engine components (Crank case & Cylinder Head) produced in Aluminium Phase with optimum utilization of resources.

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. Achieve Total Annual Dispatch Volume based on Sales Plan-Adherence to Shift wise production plan

2. Build Secure work Environment-ZERO Safety Incident – Fatal/ RLTI/ LTI / First Aid

3. Regain Quality Premium by Ensuring Right First Time-Zero Defect Outflow

4. Support brand with cost effectiveness.-Controlling Manufacturing Variable Cost & productivity

Academic Qualification & Experience
- Degree in B.tech with 3 years of experience

Technical Skills/Knowledge

CNC Machining – Drill tap & Milling centres , SPMs ( Machining & Assembly), Fanuc Robots Operations & Programming

Behavioural Skills

Interpersonal Savviness , Conflict management , Dialoguing , Networking , Team Development , Value based Mind-set
