Job Summary

We are looking for a curious, confident, and growth-oriented Business Development Intern to support B2B lead generation, prospect identification, first-level qualification, and demo scheduling for a workforce technology platform.

This internship is best suited for an MBA Marketing student or MBA Marketing fresher who wants practical exposure to real business development, market visits, customer conversations, consultative selling, and pipeline building.

The selected intern will be expected to visit potential prospects in the market, identify the right decision-makers, understand their basic workforce-related challenges, keep prospects warm through follow-ups, and schedule product demos or introductory meetings for the senior team.





The intern will not be responsible for closing deals independently. The senior team will handle product demos, detailed discussions, pricing, and final conversions.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential organizations across selected industries such as manufacturing, education, healthcare, hospitality, logistics, and growing businesses.
- Visit potential prospects in Bhopal and nearby business areas to identify the right contact person and understand the organization’s basic requirements.
- Build and maintain a structured lead database with company details, industry, location, decision-maker information, contact details, workforce size, outreach status, and follow-up notes.
- Identify relevant decision-makers such as founders, owners, HR managers, operations heads, administrators, school management, hospital administrators, and business heads.
