Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Senior Loan Executive / Team Leader to manage a team of loan sales executives and drive business growth.

The candidate will be responsible for achieving individual and team loan targets, managing daily sales activities, guiding team members, generating and converting leads, monitoring performance, and ensuring smooth processing of loan applications from lead generation to disbursement.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in Personal Loan / Business Loan / Home Loan / LAP / other retail loan products, along with proven team-handling and target-achievement experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and motivate a team of Loan Sales Executives.
- Set and drive daily, weekly and monthly sales targets for the team.
- Ensure achievement of assigned login, sanction and disbursement targets.
- Monitor individual team member performance and take corrective action where required.
- Allocate leads to team members and ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
- Generate new business through direct sales,



referrals, DSA channels, connectors and other sources.
- Guide the team on loan products, eligibility, documentation and sales processes.
- Personally handle important/high-value leads and support team members in closing difficult cases.
- Monitor the complete loan sales funnel from lead → login → approval/sanction → disbursement.
- Maintain strong coordination with banks, NBFCs, credit, operations and other internal teams.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company and lender policies.
- Track rejection, approval, conversion and disbursement ratios and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct daily/weekly team review meetings and performance discussions.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports and sales trackers.
