Our client is a premium event and hospitality management company specializing in

corporate events, experiential programs, and destination management. Our MICE (Meetings,

Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) division partners with global and domestic corporates to

design and deliver seamless, high-impact experiences from board meetings and conferences to international incentive trips and exhibitions.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic MICE Manager / Assistant Manager – Operations to

lead the end-to-end execution of large-scale corporate events, incentive travel programs, and

conferences. The role demands a strategic planner with robust leadership, negotiation, and

operational management skills who can ensure flawless delivery while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:




- Strategic Planning & Project Management
- Lead planning, budgeting, and execution of MICE projects from concept to

completion.
- Work closely with clients to understand objectives, brand expectations, and event

KPIs.
- Translate briefs into detailed operational plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Ensure all deliverables meet the company’s quality standards and client

expectations.
- Team Leadership & Coordination
- Supervise and mentor the MICE operations team and on-ground staff.
- Coordinate across departments — creative, production, travel, logistics, and finance

— to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines and budgets.
- Vendor & Partner Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, DMCs, venues, production

houses, and logistics partners.
