Job Title: HR Director

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives.

Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning.

Oversee performance management and employee development programs.

Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.

Design and manage compensation, advantages, and retention strategies.

Drive employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture programs.

Provide guidance to senior management on HR matters.

Manage conflict resolution, employee relations, and grievance handling.

Develop training and development frameworks to enhance skills.

Oversee HR budget planning and resource allocation.

Qualifications & Skills:

Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
