Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Career Development Advisor to guide prospective learners in choosing the right higher-education programme based on their career goals, educational background and professional aspirations.

The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, understanding their requirements, counselling them about suitable Online UG/PG programmes and converting qualified leads into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective learners through calls and other communication channels.
- Understand the candidate's educational background, career goals and learning requirements.
- Provide personalized counselling regarding Online UG, PG, MBA and other higher-education programmes.
- Explain programme details including university, curriculum, eligibility, duration, fee structure and career benefits.
- Handle leads generated through digital marketing and CRM platforms.




- Follow up with prospective learners and maintain regular communication throughout the admission journey.
- Address learner queries and objections effectively.
- Achieve assigned monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission and enrolment process.
- Build strong relationships with prospective learners and ensure a positive counselling experience.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PG qualification will be an added advantage.
- 13 years of experience in Education Sales, Admission Counselling, EdTech, Inside Sales or Career Counselling.
- Experience in selling or counselling for Online UG/PG, MBA, Executive Education or Higher Education programmes will be preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing, negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and lead-based sales processes.
- Ability to communicate effectively with working professionals and students.
