We are looking for a knowledgeable, skilled, and client-focused Visa Counsellor to join our Immigration & Overseas Education team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling clients regarding suitable study, work, and immigration opportunities , assessing their profiles, and guiding them through the visa application process.

Key Responsibilities Counsel students and clients regarding study abroad, work permits, PR, and immigration pathways . Assess client profiles, including education, work experience, finances, language scores, and eligibility . Recommend suitable countries, programs, and visa pathways based on client profiles.

Explain visa requirements, application procedures, documentation, timelines, and applicable fees. Review and verify client documents for completeness and accuracy. Coordinate with clients and internal processing teams throughout the application process.





Maintain accurate client records and regularly update CRM/software. Follow up with clients regarding pending documents and application requirements. Stay updated with visa policies, immigration regulations, and country-specific requirements .

Handle client queries professionally and build strong client relationships. Meet assigned counselling, application, and conversion targets .

Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of visa/immigration processes. Good counselling, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred; freshers with relevant knowledge may apply.
