Thy Sigma Media Services is a fast-growing, broadcast-grade media agency based out of Navi Mumbai. We work across sports events, corporate productions, live broadcasts, educational content, social media campaigns, and brand films.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Video Editor who is eager, curious, and has a genuine feel for what makes content pop. You don't need years of experience. What you need is the right aptitude, a solid aesthetic sense, and the hunger to keep learning.

You won't be cutting the same type of content on repeat. You'll work across formats and industries; which means faster growth, a richer portfolio, and work that actually excites you.

What You'll Work On

- Reels, short-form videos, and Instagram content that stops the scroll
- Corporate brand films and event highlight packages
- Live sports broadcast edits and post-production
- Documentaries, testimonials, and educational content
- Motion graphics, title animations, and visual effects
- AI-assisted video creation
- Multi-platform content for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn

What We're Looking For

We don't have a rigid checklist. What matters most is who you are, not what your resume says.





- A natural eye for pacing, cuts, colour, and storytelling
- Awareness of what's trending on Instagram and what editing styles are winning right now
- Someone who self-learns: watches tutorials, follows creators, stays curious
- Basic familiarity with any editing software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, : even one is fine)
- Proactive energy and Hunger for creation: you bring ideas, not just execution
- Genuine enthusiasm for the craft of video editing

Good to Have (But Not Required)

- Exposure to motion graphics or After Effects
- Basic understanding of colour grading
- Experience with AI video tools like Runway, Pika, or Kling
- A personal portfolio, YouTube channel, or any creative work (even hobby projects)
