Technical Know-How: Oracle Technologies - OUAF, Awareness of Utilities Customer Service and Billing, Advanced level of MS Office skills, Knowledge in Agile/ Scrum methodologies. Solid understanding of SDLC and modern application development with cloud services.

Role Summary

This is predominantly a Proposal Manager role, responsible for owning the end-to-end RFP/bid response process for Oracle Utilities opportunities, while partnering with subject matter experts (SMEs) to shape the solution and pricing that underpin each response.

Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end proposal/bid lifecycle for Oracle Utilities opportunities - from RFP qualification and response planning through submission - ensuring quality, compliance, and on-time delivery
- Coordinate and facilitate SMEs, solution architects, and delivery teams to develop the technical solution, effort estimates,



and pricing that form the RFP response
- Prepare, review, and own the commercial aspects of the bid, applying risk management throughout the bid process for large, strategic deals
- Translate RFP requirements into clear, compelling, and compliant proposals, presentations, and supporting collateral
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and orchestrate tailored Oracle Utilities solutions
- Understand the customers business and IT strategic requirements and articulate how the proposed solution helps the customer achieve its strategic goals
- Drive proposal governance - including win themes, response strategy, review cadences (e.g. storyboard/color-team reviews), and stakeholder sign-offs
- Facilitate brainstorming and solutioning sessions with SMEs to develop options that address the customers business needs
- Contribute to overall solution positioning by working close
