Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for Sales, Presales, CP Sales, Marketing, and other business functions.
- Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Maintain and update business trackers, dashboards, and management reports.
- Prepare performance reports covering sales, leads, conversions, manpower, productivity, revenue, and targets.
- Monitor actual performance against targets and highlight gaps or deviations.
- Develop automated reports and dashboards using Advanced Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across different reports and databases.
- Work closely with Sales, HR, Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams to collect and validate data.
- Provide management with relevant data insights and actionable analysis.
- Maintain historical databases and ensure proper documentation of reports.
- Identify opportunities to simplify and automate existing reporting processes.
- Handle ad-hoc data analysis and reports as required by senior management.
- Ensure timely submission of all scheduled reports
