Planning & Procurement of Domestic Spare parts & ensure timely delivery of material at Parts Distribution Centre (PDC)

Purchase Order & Packing Finalization
- Liaison with Purchase for PO of all Spare parts & Other category Items
- Finalize best suite packaging basis item category

Schedule releasing & Stock Optimisation
- Monthly, Fortnightly schedule releasing to Import & Local suppliers based on sales plan and monthly demand
- Stock Level optimisation (MOS) or (ITR) as per standard norms for effective utilization of capital
- Monitoring supply lead time and information to suppliers for improvement
- Demand and Stock Replenishment at multiple RPDC
- Timely in warding of parts in co-ordination with Supplier, warehouse, Logistic teams
- Break-pointing management to reduce Obsolescence

Dealer Back Order Review
- Efficient VOR & Stock orders management with no impact to Customer & business
- Daily review of Dealer Back Order parts and timely resolution
- Co-ordination with Supplier,



Warehouse and QC for timely BO clearance.

Vendor Bill Clearance
- Co-ordination with Finance team for timely vendor payment & resolution of commercial issues

Supplier Rating & Performance
- To maintain the monthly supplier ratings & performance in terms of supplies & quality standards & share with each & every supplier to improve & to achieve effective ratings & performances in future perspective.

MIS, Analytics
- Prepare MIS for related KPIs, Analyse and interpret KPIs to identify improvement areas via PDCA, Why Why analysis.
- Improvement in Planning parameters, Develop Automations
- Prior experience in inventory Planning of Aftermarket spare parts preferred
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Knowledge of SAP
- Knowledge on vehicle components and their use expected failure/consumption will be an added advantage
