Job Title: Zonal Sales Manager Pune (Gynaecology Segment)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Zonal Sales Manager for Pune to drive growth in the Gynaecology segment. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, building strong relationships with key healthcare providers, and achieving revenue targets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales plans and strategies for the Pune zone in alignment with organizational objectives.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives, ensuring achievement of sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with gynaecologists, hospitals, clinics, and key stakeholders.





Identify current business opportunities and drive market expansion in the Gynaecology segment.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights.

Conduct regular field visits to understand customer needs and ensure service excellence.

Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.

Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field; MBA in Marketing/Sales is preferred.

Minimum15-20 years of experience in pharmaceutical/medical sales with in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of the Gynecology segment and relevant healthcare products.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
