3. Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email and other online channels.
Manage and maintain the company's social media pages and ensure regular, engaging content is published.
Create and coordinate digital content such as posts, reels, videos, blogs, captions, creatives and promotional materials.
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase reach, engagement, followers and brand awareness.
Support paid advertising campaigns through platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Conduct basic keyword research and support SEO activities to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
Monitor website, social media and campaign performance using relevant analytics and reporting tools.
Track leads, conversions, engagement and other key performance indicators and prepare regular reports.
Research competitors, market trends, audience behaviour and recent digital marketing opportunities.
Coordinate with the design, content, sales and business teams for campaigns and promotional activities.
Assist in lead-generation campaigns and support the sales team with digital marketing initiatives.
Stay updated with current digital marketing trends, platforms, tools and best practices.
