Job Summary

Intellicredence Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced o9 Lead Consultant with 8-10 years of experience and robust expertise in Planning, Forecasting, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and IBP.

The candidate should have hands-on o9 platform experience with at least one end-to-end o9 implementation/engagement and the ability to work closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead o9 planning implementation and solution activities.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into o9 solutions.
- Support Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Forecasting, S&OP;, and IBP processes.
- Configure planning models, workflows, dashboards, and business rules.
- Participate in solution design, testing, UAT, deployment, and go-live.
- Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and resolve functional issues.
- Coordinate with business, technical, and integration teams.
- Mentor team members and participate in client discussions.

Required Skills




- 8-10 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Forecasting, or related consulting.
- Strong hands-on experience with the o9 platform.
- Minimum 1 end-to-end o9 implementation/engagement.
- Strong knowledge of Demand Planning, Forecasting, Supply Planning, IBP, and S&OP.;
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and implementation.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in enterprise planning transformation projects.
- Knowledge of Inventory and Production Planning.
- Exposure to o9 data integration and analytics.
- Agile project experience.
- Team leadership or mentoring experience.

Education

Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
