THERMAK is a growing HVAC solutions company specializing in commercial and industrial air-conditioning and cooling systems. We are looking for an experienced and organized HVAC Project Coordinator to coordinate projects from order confirmation through installation, commissioning, and handover.

The candidate will work closely with customers, project engineers, technicians, contractors, vendors, and the management team to ensure projects are executed smoothly, on time, and according to specifications.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination
- Coordinate HVAC projects from initiation to completion.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules and installation timelines.
- Coordinate with site engineers, technicians, subcontractors, vendors, and customers.
- Track project progress and ensure activities are completed as scheduled.




- Identify delays, site issues, material requirements, and project constraints.
- Provide regular project updates to management.

Site & Installation Coordination
- Coordinate installation of Split AC, VRF/VRV, AHU, Chiller, Ducting, Ventilation, Cold Room and other HVAC systems.
- Coordinate site visits, measurements, material requirements, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Ensure technicians and installation teams have the required drawings, materials, tools, and instructions.
- Monitor installation quality and ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with civil, electrical, plumbing, and other contractors.

Material & Procurement Coordination
- Prepare material requirement lists based on project requirements.
- Coordinate with the purchase and stores teams for timely material availability.
