Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to drive business growth, manage key corporate accounts, improve revenue and profitability, and handle commercial activities for our parcel and logistics business in Coimbatore.

The candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales, corporate account management, pricing, commercial negotiations, revenue management and collections, preferably from the courier, express, parcel, logistics or transportation industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue and business development for the Coimbatore market.
- Acquire new corporate and B2B customers and generate new business opportunities.
- Manage and grow existing key accounts.
- Develop proposals, quotations, rate cards and commercial agreements.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, credit terms and service conditions with customers.
- Monitor customer-wise revenue, shipment volumes,



yields and margins.
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability and increase shipment volumes.
- Coordinate with Operations to ensure timely pickup, delivery and service commitments.
- Handle customer escalations and maintain robust client relationships.
- Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with Finance for collections.
- Prepare sales forecasts, revenue reports and commercial MIS.
- Track competitor pricing and market developments.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual business targets.
