Job Summary

Digi Epitome Technology is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Officer with experience in field sales, direct sales, lead generation, or client acquisition. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting regular field visits, meeting prospective clients, promoting company services, converting leads into customers, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential businesses, startups, SMEs, and corporate clients through field visits and direct sales activities.
- Conduct regular field visits and face-to-face client meetings to generate new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, direct outreach, and local market visits.




- Promote and explain Digital Marketing and IT Services to prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services or solutions.
- Conduct service presentations and sales discussions with potential clients.
- Follow up regularly with leads and prospects to convert them into customers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and other required sales documents.
- Negotiate with clients and support the sales closure process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and existing clients.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of client visits, leads, follow-ups, quotations, and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales, client acquisition, and revenue targets.
