Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth business processes.

Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily operational activities.
- Maintain and update company records, documents, and databases.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely support.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Perform data entry and update information accurately in company systems.
- Follow up on pending tasks, orders, and operational requirements.




- Monitor daily activities and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Identify operational issues and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
- Maintain proper documentation and follow company processes and guidelines.

Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel is preferred.
- Positive organizational and coordination skills.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹10,832.05 - ₹31,683.49 per month
