UrbanTerre Holdings is looking for confident and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executives to join our Hyderabad sales team.

This is primarily a calling, client interaction and relationship-management role.

You will speak with incoming/prospective customers, understand their property requirements, explain suitable projects, answer queries, follow up with leads and coordinate qualified prospects for site visits.

Role & responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive at the company, you will be an integral part of our energetic sales team,responsible for converting incoming leads into successful sales. Your primary responsibilities willinclude:
- Tele-calling: Proactively contacting leads to assess their interest and schedule site visits.
- Lead Nurturing: Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, guiding them through the sales funnel by addressing inquiries and providing detailed information about our properties.
- Site Visits: Conduct on-site tours to showcase properes and highlight their features and benefits to prospects.




- Sales Closure: Drive the negotiation process and close deals, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience for the client.
- Client Retention: Follow up with new homeowners to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships that encourage referrals.
