Job Title: Pharma Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for a Pharma Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and life sciences roles. The recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment of top talent across R&D;, regulatory, clinical, manufacturing, and commercial functions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for pharmaceutical and life sciences roles.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and referrals.

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and track candidate progress.

Build and maintain a pipeline of pharma professionals (scientists, regulatory specialists, clinical research associates, etc.).

Understand pharma industry roles and skill sets to identify the right candidates.

Negotiate salary packages and facilitate offer rollouts.





Maintain recruitment data and update ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and documentation.

Build relationships with pharma professionals and industry networks.

Required Skills

Robust knowledge of pharmaceutical industry roles and terminology.

Experience in sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.

Strong screening and interviewing skills.

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.

MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.

Experience

1–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in pharma, biotech, or healthcare hiring.

Experience hiring for roles like Pharma Sales & Marketing, Clinical Research Associate, Regulatory Affairs Specialist, Quality Assurance, Medical Representative, Formulation Scientist, etc.
