Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Mahindra Service Workshop.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor vehicle service, repair, diagnosis and delivery.
- Allocate jobs to technicians and monitor job progress.
- Ensure proper preparation and closure of job cards.
- Coordinate with Parts, Warranty and Insurance departments.
- Monitor workshop productivity, service revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure vehicles are delivered on time with proper quality checks.
- Monitor technician performance and provide necessary guidance.
- Ensure compliance with Mahindra service standards, safety and 5S practices.
- Maintain daily service reports, pending vehicle reports and other MIS.
- Focus on customer retention, repeat business and service targets.

Required Criteria:
- Education: ITI/Diploma/Graduate




- Preferred Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Automobiles
- Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Preferred Industry: Automobile / Automotive Service / Mahindra Dealership / Commercial Vehicle Service
- Skills: Customer Handling, Team Management, Vehicle Diagnosis, Workshop Management, Technical Knowledge, Job Card Management and Problem Solving, Communication Skills
