We are building products for construction professionals, contractors, interior designers, architects, and hardware/tool retailers.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team in Indore. The role will involve developing new customers, visiting dealers and retailers, generating leads, promoting MGRID products, and building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach new dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, and professional users.
- Conduct field visits across Indore and nearby markets.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Demonstrate MGRID products and explain their features, applications, and benefits.




- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers and channel partners.
- Follow up with leads, quotations, orders, and payments.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Collect market feedback, competitor information, and customer requirements.
- Support dealer onboarding and channel expansion.
- Maintain regular sales reports and customer records.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and customer support.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, dealer sales, or field sales preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with field sales and customer visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and CRM/sales reporting tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to take ownership.
- Knowledge of hardware, tools, construction, electrical, or industrial products will be an advant
