The ideal candidate combines strong networking and security fundamentals with excellent consulting, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills and enjoys solving complex technical challenges in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Professional Services Delivery
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Cloudflare Zero Trust solutions for enterprise customers.
- Execute production deployments,



migrations, and onboarding activities.
- Perform solution validation, production cutovers, and post-implementation support.
- Deliver projects within agreed timelines while maintaining high quality standards.

Customer Consulting
- Conduct technical discovery workshops.
- Gather business and technical requirements.
- Translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Advise customers on implementation best practices and security architecture.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Solution Design & Documentation

Develop and maintain high-quality implementation documentation, including:
- High-Level Design (HLD)
- Low-Level Design (LLD)
- Implementation Plans
- Migration Plans
- Test Plans
- Runbooks
- Standard Operating Procedures
- As-Built Documentation
- Knowledge Transfer Documentation
