We are looking for a highly driven
Technical Program Manager
to lead complex healthcare technology programs and drive successful client delivery across multiple stakeholders.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex delivery challenges, and can effectively partner with Engineering, Product, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Role Overview

As a Technical Program Manager, you will serve as the primary owner for client delivery, ensuring programs are delivered on time, within scope, and with high customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for managing program execution, stakeholder communication,



delivery governance, risks, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination from kickoff through go-live and stabilization.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Delivery Ownership
- Own end-to-end delivery accountability from program kickoff through go-live and stabilization.
- Drive execution across Engineering, Product, Data, Implementation, and Client teams.
- Create and manage integrated delivery plans, milestones, timelines, and dependencies.
- Ensure successful delivery of multiple concurrent client programs.

Client Leadership
- Act as the primary client-facing delivery owner and escalation point.
- Provide transparent communication on progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions.
- Build strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders.

Risk & Dependency Management
- Identify and proactively manage delivery risks and cross-functional dependencies.
- Drive mitigation plan
