Job Description: Product Manager and Group Product manager Cardio, Ortho, and Gynae Division (Pharma)
Location: Ludhiana, Punjab, India

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated GPM & Product Manager for our Cardio, Ortho, and Gynae Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall product life cycle management of our cardio, orthopedic, and gynecology product portfolios. This role requires a strategic and results-driven individual to develop, execute, and manage marketing strategies, ensuring the growth and success of these key therapeutic areas in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute product strategies for the Cardio, Ortho, and Gynae portfolios in line with business goals.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Define product positioning, market segmentation, and identify current opportunities for product innovation or expansion.
- Develop and manage product roadmaps, ensuring timely product launches and lifecycle management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory teams to ensure the successful launch and ongoing marketing of products.
- Coordinate with the R&D; team to provide inputs for product development, packaging, and labeling that align with market needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide training, product knowledge, and sales support materials.

3. Marketing & Promotions:
- Create and implement marketing plans, including promotional strategies, campaigns, and materials.
- Support the sales team with marketing collateral such as brochures, training materials, and presentations for customer engagement.
- Organize and participate in medical conferences, seminars, and product-related events to promote the product portfolio.

4. Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and mark
