We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman to work on site and prepare accurate architectural drawings, construction documents, and technical plans for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The successful candidate will work closely with architects, engineers, designers, and project teams to develop design concepts into detailed drawings that comply with project requirements, building regulations, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Work will be done on site.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, elevations, sections, and construction documents.
- Convert conceptual designs, sketches, and specifications into accurate technical drawings.
- Coordinate drawings with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and other project stakeholders.
- Ensure all drawings comply with applicable building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Modify drawings based on client feedback, design changes, and project requirements.
- Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and presentation drawings as required.

Required Qualifications




- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Architecture, Drafting.
- Proven experience as an Architectural Draftsman or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software.
- Strong understanding of architectural drafting standards and construction methods.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
- Familiarity with local building regulations and approval processes.
