As a BDA, you will be responsible for managing the entire learner journey — driving engagement, building trust, and delivering an exceptional experience throughout their association with us.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Learner Management Own and manage a portfolio of prospective learners—from the first counseling session to successful enrollment. Conduct consultations, regular follow-ups, and ensure a seamless enrollment experience.

2. Career Counselling & Program Advisory Develop a deep understanding of online degree programs, executive education offerings, certification courses, and career pathways to provide personalized guidance to learners.

3. Relationship Building Build and nurture trusted relationships with learners by understanding their career aspirations and helping them make informed education decisions.

4. Application & Enrollment Management Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth application processing, documentation, fee collection, and enrollment completion.

5. Learner Experience & Support Work closely with operations, university partners,



and support teams to address learner queries and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

6. Sales & Conversion Strategy Drive revenue growth by implementing effective sales strategies, managing leads, conducting consultations, and consistently achieving enrollment targets.

What You Bring A graduate or MBA degree in Business, Management, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

1–5 years of experience in sales, business development, education counseling, ed-tech, or customer-facing roles.

Strong sales acumen with the ability to understand learner needs and recommend suitable programs.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. A consultative approach with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships. Robust multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills.
