Position Overview: We are looking for a Senior Revenue Manager to support the Revenue Head and Director-level leadership in driving channel-level planning, performance tracking, and execution excellence across the G6 portfolio. This role will focus on monitoring revenue levers, executing pricing and channel strategies,
tracking key accounts, and ensuring disciplined on-ground execution across markets and hotels.
Role Objective:
Drive execution, tracking, and performance governance of revenue strategies across channels and hotels, ensuring revenue targets, margin goals, and growth initiatives are delivered consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Revenue Strategy Execution & Performance Tracking
- Execute annual revenue and margin plans across OTA, Direct, CC, and other channels.
- Support channel-wise planning and ensure alignment with monthly and quarterly targets.
- Track performance of key MUOs, hotels, markets, and revenue initiatives; highlight risks and support corrective actions.
- Support daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reviews, ensuring explicit tracking and closure of action items.
- Drive YoY revenue growth across priority markets and accounts.
