Job Summary

Digi Epitome Technology is looking for a target-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) with experience in sales, business development, client acquisition, or digital marketing sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring Indian and International clients, managing the sales cycle, closing deals, and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify B2B & B2C leads through LinkedIn, Apollo.io, Sales Navigator, cold calling, email outreach, and other channels.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation, deal closure, and client onboarding.
- Identify and acquire clients from Indian and International markets.
- Conduct market research and identify recent business opportunities.




- Prepare sales pitches, proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Communicate with prospects through phone, email, LinkedIn, and online meetings.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
- Use ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and other AI tools for sales research, personalized outreach, proposals, and follow-ups.
- Use Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly AI, Boomerang, and CRM tools for lead generation and sales automation.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, lead databases, and follow-up schedules.
- Track and report leads, conversions, sales performance, and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with Digital Marketing, Design, Development, and Operations teams for client requirements and onboarding.
