Role Description The Video Editor – Reels & AI Content role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The person in this role will create, edit, and optimize short-form video content, including Reels and AI-assisted video formats, for marketing and branding campaigns. Daily tasks include assembling raw footage, refining narratives, applying transitions, color correction, and simple motion graphics to deliver engaging social media-ready content.

The role involves close collaboration with marketing and design teams to align video outputs with campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and content strategies.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in video production and video editing to plan, assemble, and refine high-quality digital content.
- Proficiency in video color grading to ensure consistent, appealing visual styles across short-form and social media videos.
- Ability to create and integrate motion graphics and graphics to enhance storytelling and brand recognition.
- Experience with industry-standard editing and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro).
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and best practices for Reels and short-form content.
- Comfort working with AI-based tools and workflows for video ideation, editing assistance, or content optimization.
- Strong visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory, combined with a portfolio showcasing short-form and social content.
